Dance Dimensions reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason.

Tuition is due on the first class of each month. Tuition payments received after the 7th of the month are subject to a late fee of $25.00. Cash, Visa/MasterCard or checks are accepted. Please make check payments payable to Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30.00 for all new students.

Tuition and fees are non refundable nor do we pro-rate our tuition.

The fee for returned checks is $25.00.

If the dancer misses a class he/she may make up in any other class the same level or below.

Tuition prices remain the same regardless the amount of weeks per month.

Costume balances must be paid in full before a dancer receives his/her costume. All outstanding balances including tuition fees must be paid in full before a dancer may receive his/her costume.

All costumes and costume deposits are non refundable.

Gum, food, and drinks are not allowed in the dance rooms (water only).

Dancers should not arrive more than 10-15 minutes before the start of their class and must be picked up right after their class is finished.

If a dancer arrives more than 15 minutes late to class for any reason he/she may not participate in class. The first 15 minutes are used to stretch/warm up the dancers minds and bodies. Stretch is essential in order to prevent injuries.

Students must wait inside the lobby for their parents after class.

Dancers and Parents must be respectful to the Dance Dimensions staff, dancers, and parents.

Dance Dimensions reserves the right to refuse service.

Only registered dancers may be allowed in any dance room during class. Parents may sit in the lobby but are not allowed in the dance rooms without the instructor’s permission.

Tuition prices and registration fees are subject to change at any time.

Participants must stay home if they are experiencing symptoms resembling a cold or flu, including but not limited to Covid-19.

Class levels and placement of all students are under the sole discretion of Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center instructors. Dancers may be moved to the appropriate level at any time during the season.
